Our daughter Avery is turning 6. It is hard to believe that life has taken us here so quickly! It was just yesterday that she was learning to walk, then run, then ride a bike…. I am always amazed at her ability to dream and imagine. She hears the ocean in the sea shells and calls for the mermaids to come and play. Her inner magic is only outdone by her inner kindness. She mothers her little sister, she saves the bugs on the sidewalk, and she is always there to help a friend in need. She loves big, and she feels big.

We love you sweet girl. We know that mermaids and magic may not be around forever, but we hope that your dreams remain big and your heart stays open. Happy Birthday love.
