It’s hard to deny the joy of autumn! The crisp air, the hot cider, the pumpkin patches, and falling leaves. Of course this time of year there is always the fun of traveling to the orchard and picking your own apples! Granted I may be the only one that eats them (unless they find their way into a homemade apple pie!), but the act itself is such a fun family activity! We’ve done the “u-pick” activity together in the past (sunflowers, strawberries, pumpkins,), but this was a new experience! Avery loved getting dirty and searching for the right apples (which were few and far between as we weren’t the only family to venture out there!). But in the end we spent time together, gathered a couple pieces of fruit, and of course took some pictures to remember all the fun!
